35 weeks 2 days, 1cm dilated 50% effaced and I felt this come out. It seemed like a lot and I looked and it is! A whole lot more discharge than usual. Is my water breaking or is this just a ton of discharge?

The lay down/stand up test will help determine if it's water leaking.  With my son I had a gush that stopped, turned out it was a high leak that healed itself and my water truly broke (and I then had to wear an adult diaper until we got to the hospital because I kept losing water) two weeks later

Try panty liners I have to wear them for the past few months now.

I had the same problem, my doctor told me to lay on my side for an hour then when you get up an liquid comes out go to the hospital asap cause your loosing fluid an that's bad.

Is it still leaking? Do the cough test while standing and laying down. If you feel a little trickle it's probably water.
