Antibiotics and My Cycle

So I started taking antibiotics that were pretty heavy duty for an infection. I ended up starting my period a week early because of the antibiotics so after that week I started the next pack of birth control so I didn’t have to have a period for two weeks in a row. A month later, I was supposed to start my period and I still haven’t. It’s currently 8 days late. But I’m not pregnant. I’ve taken multiple tests and I feel fine and completely normal. Can antibiotics make your period really late? Or not even have one at all? Is this normal? Please help 😓
