Birth Control

We have been TTC for 6 years... We then decided that right now, we aren’t financially stable enough to bring a child into our home. We just decided I was gonna take birth control for the first time.

This month, my period was 3 days late (I took a test, negative). My period is always heavy but this time around I’ve only been spotting. I only see blood when I wipe. Also, I haven’t had any cramps or sore breasts as I usually do.

So I did start my BC and I did tell my doctor all this information and she thinks since the test is negative then I should be fine...

I’m just worried that I’m taking this BC while unaware of being pregnant. I just wanna know if this has happened to anyone else before I make a big deal out of this. 🤷🏽‍♀️
