Bedtime routine ideas?

My sweet baby is 2 months old and breastfed on demand. I’m trying to establish a bedtime routine for her and I want some ideas!

Up until 3 nights ago I bathed her sometime during the day and then at night I just stayed up hoping she would sleep so that I could sleep, it was tough...

Three nights ago I started bathing her in the late evening then swaddling her (under arms) and taking her to the dark bedroom for a feeding/burping and then down in her bassinet. She’s slept wonderfully!

I’m looking for things to introduce into the routine. Help this mama out thank you!!
