Concerned

I have no Symptoms when I’m getting a period it just comes and I have always been like that I’m 22 years old and I had it since I was 16 my period been coming every 2 months since I was 16 I never went to the doctor to check . I’m trying to get pregnant and nothing happening been trying for 2 years? When my husband cums in me it just spot right back out right afther he pulls out is that normal? It hard for me to track if I’m obvulating?
