Daughter with bad eczema

My daughter is 7 and she has had bad eczema since she was a baby... but for some reason she goes the whole week at her dads with a clear face but when she spends the weekend with me her face breaks out the first night she is she here the next morning it’s bad! I have done everything her dad has recommended! I’ve washed all her stuff in sensitive skin detergent! But I honestly have no idea what’s going on when she is here! I’m just lost I don’t know what else to do 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Anybody with kids with bad eczema what do you recommend??
