Really concerned..

So in February I had a missed miscarriage with my first baby ever and I had a D&C operation on the 15th.On March 5-9 I had was seemed like a normal period and it was a couple weeks after I had stopped bleeding from my D&C.

I’ve been having a ache in my left breast only on one certain area and it’s still there,but I only notice it when I try to see if it still hurts(if that makes sense.)

I started what I think could be my period today.It’s light and barely covers one side of the tampon.(Sorry,tmi.)

I’ve been cramping a tad here and there and I’m honestly worried that somehow something is wrong or maybe I’m still recovering from losing my baby and that my hormones could still be balancing out.

Last week I passed a few tiny bits of whitish pink tissue and I haven’t had any pains except a few aches here and there above my pelvic bone.I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests and they’ve all been negative.

Has anybody experienced this at all?I would go to the doctor but I don’t have insurance right now and won’t for a couple weeks.

I’m 26 and this was my first pregnant/first loss ever so I’m really clueless as what to expect.If anybody has any experiences or advice,I’d greatly appreciate it because I’m a bit worried.
