How does the app track what day and time it is?

I just had my ovulation day (yesterday, it’s now 2:35am) and we just had sex. Did I honestly miss my fertile ovulation day by 2hrs? Help!

Its just an estimate. Most women don’t even ovulate when the app says so. You have time to catch the egg after it’s released but not a ton. That’s why it’s said it’s best to have sex 1 day before ovulation as the sperm will be waiting for the egg, then also the day of ovulation so that if any of the swimmers already in the uterus aren’t getting the job done you have another batch with another potential sperm.

Cool, ok we did that! I took an OTK the day before yesterday and it was very positive. Then I took another technically last night around 10:30, and it def was fading but one pic said positive and another negative. I know it is based only on a photo that you take, but I’m pretty sure I either am ovulating right now or soon? We just started being serious this month/week and calculating everything. I sooo want to cheat and love that we had sex yesterday lol. But I know it’s not like it would guarantee me getting pregnant lol. Thanks for your advice!!!
