Did you have spotting pregnant with twins?

I’m 6wks4days and I’ve been having brown and pink spotting for 2 days now. It’s enough that I have to wear a panty liner. Is this normal being pregnant with multiples? I never spotted with my Singleton pregnancy. Kind of worried 😓

I did, it came and went in the early days and doc recommended lots of water and bed rest...which did the trick 👍🏻 I’m now 32 weeks with healthy happy twins! Almost there 😁

I had spotting at 4 weeks for 2 and half days. I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy but everything was fine! Then at 8 weeks I woke up to pee and thought I had peed myself and it was blood. A LOT of it. I knew I was miscarrying. I even passed two clots the size of the palm of my hand! Got to the ER and found out both babes were completely fine. I ended up bleeding/spotting until 13 weeks and even passed another large clot (same size!!!) at 11 weeks. 
I didn’t have a SH. They couldn’t find out what happened or why I was bleeding. But my babies were fine. I’m now 24 weeks. I would recommend anytime there is any type of bleeding to call your OB just to get checked out.

I had bleeding due to a subchorionic hematoma. They seem to be quite common in twin pregnancies. You should talk to your doctor about any sporting. Good luck with everything.

I have it when I was 8 weeks and was put on bed rest for few days with an injection and progesterone. Is good to consult your doctor for early care.

I desperately needed to see this post! I’m 9w 6d today and just found out I was pregnant with twins 2 days ago! This afternoon I started spotting when I went to be but after I miscarriage 2 years ago I began to panic. I’m not cramping or anything. It stopped. Nurse on call said don’t worry. But I can’t help but to. I just wanted to know if it’s normal with twins. They are fraternal.
