Severr irritation at end of period

Lately at the end of my period I've been experiencing severe irritation(burning, itching, soreness) almost like a yeast infection. I've had a ton of them before, so I'm pretty confident it's not actually one. The treatment I use to get clear up a yeast infection and help with the pain haven't worked, ie. borax suppositories, vagisal wipes, 2% metronidazole cream ( I previously used the over the counter kits and before that fluconazole from my OB). After that LONG ass post, anyone experiencing something similar?
