Pregnancy weight gain questions

Being in shape has always been important to me and I’m freaking out a bit about gaining 25+ lbs.

Is it easier to ‘bounce back’ the less weight you gain during pregnancy?

Can you still have a big baby (8+ lbs) without gaining too much weight?

What helped you ladies bounce back quickly after pregnancy?

(Currently on track having had gained 6lbs at 17 weeks. Pretty awkward preggo phase where nothing fits)
