Earring help!
Idk what to do, I keep cleaning them and they are still infected! I got her ears pierced about 3 months ago they have been fine for 1.5 months than all of a sudden they got infected. Puss, swelling, pain. I clean them twice daily with a saline solution and still infected I've been cleaning them for the past month plus any advice helps. She got them at piercing pagoda, 18k gold earrings
