Really need some help ladies..

Ok so on March 16th I started my first round of femara but the week before that I had to take Provera to start my period. So I did femara days 3-7. Had a follicle check on the 25th of March and my OB told me I had 3 good follicles and that she thought I was going to be ovulating soon so I did my OPks I never did ovulate at least that’s what my test said... so today I was supposed to take my test and I did and it was negative. But all day today I’ve been acting like I’m going to start I’ve been spotting all day my back has killed me and I just feel blah... so do you guys think I’m trying to start and if I am is it to early... should I call my OB and tell her? What should I do... thanks in advance ladies
