Secret

So my boyfriend just told me that he feels like I can't keep a secret but I felt like when we had the conversation to be honest with each other that that meant secrets an all please help me understand I don't want lie to him I want everything to be known so it'll be easier for us to talk about things am I doing to much or the right thing
