What count, morphology and motility is needed for IVF with ICSI?

Question

So we got SA results back and it is off the scale low count, not even enough to determine morphology etc, and I'm just wondering if we would still be able to do IVF with ICSI (it only takes one right?) or if there are levels it would have to be higher than to do this?

After my husband's "failed" vasectomy reveral his 6 month count was 2 million with 2% motility. 
We had IVF with ISCI and I'm 8 weeks right now.

My clinic does icsi automatically. My husband didnt have any issues and they still did icsi. I think cuz it has better results.

They’ll do a second before making a determination. Especially for insurance they want 2 abnormal SAs for ICSI. My husband had 0% and 1% morphology which qualifies us for ICSI
