Bbt dip — any chance left?! Please help!

So granted I missed a few days due to restless sleep, and this morning was taken earlier than usual... my bbt dipped day or two before af due.. any chance I could still be in the game?!??

Answer

There isn’t a clear ovulation pattern. In general with a drop like that so late, I always assume my period is coming. You should log your temp no matter what and just click the discard button in FF, it will still plot the temp in a way you can see to see if restless sleep affects your temp much- for me it doesn’t. But then for me one drink will throw it way off the next day. Each person is different.
