I want to start dating again, is it too early?

My daughter is 8 months old. Is it too early? Are there any mommas who started dating again before their baby turned one? How did it go? I feel like it's weird saying "oh my daughter is 8 months old", like it's way too early to be dating or something. I really wish I could find my hubby within the next few years though, so that my daughter could have a dad. Obviously I don't have control over that matter, but I'm hoping 😔.

I didn’t date for two years after my daughter was born..I wanted to..I just was too nervous. So girl if you want to then go for it..I would just say don’t introduce your kid to anyone until you’re sure about them..kids get attached crazy fast

No it's not too early but allow it to happen naturally. Easier said than done (at least for me)..I once felt how you feel but now my daughter is 2 and I'm focused on me. I had someone who I thought was promising but he wasn't worth shit. I've since graduated from college (2018). Going back to school this fall. If God has someone for me he will find me when it's time. In the interim I am bettering myself and my life for my kids.
