Such a sad day for me...

Today is the day I've decided to stop breastfeeding. Although, I may speak to a lactation consultant just to verify. I've been dealing with a pesty little clogged milk duct (hopefully I'm calling it by the right name) and it's beginning to become a problem with my wound reopening and constant draining. I've had a long talk with my Dr and husband and it's for the best. If I continue to breastfeed it'll become an issue with work and weight loss (since I'm in the army and need to meet weight requirements) I was so happy to finally breastfeed and received so much stuff to help with it. It's just been a hard day for me.
