Doppler’s?

Question

I’ve held out on getting a Doppler because I didn’t want to freak myself out early on not finding the heartbeat. Now that I’m almost 23 weeks I’m looking into getting one. What brand do you ladies recommend? I’ve found a bunch on amazon but want to get your opinions on the best one to buy.

I brought a cheap one off eBay and I love mine. Whenever I’m having my worried days I use it and it picks his heartbeat up straight away, don’t use it so much now I can feel him moving about but I’m so glad I have mine for reassurance!

I got the sonoline ba, it works great i have never had any problems. Its nice too for comfort on the days baby moves less

Not trying to be lecture-y or scare you but they are not recommend at this stage. You should go off of baby’s movement. Babies have died in the womb because they had decreased movements and moms just checked the heartbeat, heard it, and assumed baby was fine and just having a lazy day. But babies can be in distress (causing lack of movement) and still have a strong heartbeat for a while. I loved the doppler in the earlier stages.. but I would definitely not get one for this point in pregnancy.
