I made a very stupid mistake and went out on a boat for 3 hrs with no sunscreen. My legs and feet are so swollen and in so much pain i can barely walk. The hospital gave me pain medication but it helps for just a bit. Any tips on how to get the sting to go away and to relieve the swelling. I’ve been using the blue aloe and it’s not doing too much. Currently sitting in a cold bath and it’s just stinging
