Pinching/pulling in navel region
I’ve been getting this pinchy feeling in my naval region now for like 3 weeks. I’m 7 weeks and its a weird ripping and pinch like or pulling feeling. It doesn’t really hurt but more like feels weird. Could it be just normal stretching in the abdomen? I was told years ago I have a very very small hernia in mu naval region and I hope this doesn’t cause problems the further along I get. Anyone else have this sensation during early pregnancy??
