Crazy a$$ mil

I am 18 and have a 2 month old son. I live with my boyfriend and his mom. She has been a major bitch. Finally, me and my boyfriend and our son are moving to a new house. She said if we move she is gonna call CPS and serve me with papers to take custody of my son if we move, because she dosent want the baby to go with me. I'm not a bad mom by any means I promise. What should I say when she threatens this?
