Chronic UTI sufferer 😔🥺😭😢

Unfortunately I suffer from chronic UTIs. I can’t enjoy bubble baths. And I can’t even use a menstrual cup. No matter what I do, I get repeated UTIs. Antibiotics help but it returns soon after. I’m a super clean person and know to wipe front to back. I use wipes. Unscented wipes by the way. Drink tons of water. Anyone else out there a chronic UTI sufferer? Any advice? Currently talking D-Mannose with cranberry which seems to help. Someone told me to incorporate GoldenSeal as well. Any ladies with experience(s) with or like this? I’m tired of antibiotics.
