Chemical pregnancy?

April 8th (Monday) I took a pregnancy test & it was negative and right after I took it and wiped I bleed a little. ( 3 days late ) I put a tampon in and we went off to do stuff, well whenever I took it out there was hardly any blood.

April 13th (Saturday) I took a pregnancy test. (8 days late) and I’m on birth control because I have a 7 month old. We weren’t trying yet. Well I got a faint positive.

I was freaking out because I wasn’t ready for another baby yet. Well since it was faint I was going to wait a few days to see.

Today (April 15th, 10 days late) I took a pregnancy test. I wiped and a little blood again. Started cramping. It was negative. An hour later I took another and it was negative.

Btw Saturday & until today I skipped my pill because if I was pregnant I’d of course not take it anymore.

WELL. Here’s where it’s sad and I need help on.

On April 1st I went to the bathroom and wiped and on the toilet paper was a little “string” of blood and at the end was a round part. I was confused because it never happened before, so I didn’t exam it. Well I threw it in the toilet and went on. Then I thought early miscarriage? I looked up pictures of the earliest I could find and none looked right, so I just forgot about it.

Today I remembered that and put everything together realizing that I must have had a chemical pregnancy.

This sounds like that right?

Should I go to the doctor?

I’m so upset. I didn’t even exam to see if it was a baby. I was on birth control and didn’t even know I was pregnant. Has this happened to you because I need advice on how to not beat myself up and to not be so upset now. 😔
