Should I reach out to him?

My boyfriend of 3 1/2 years got into a huge fight last week. I didn’t talk to him all weekend. I reached out to him Sunday evening to apologize and chat a bit, but it was brief. I haven’t heard from him at all. We are supposed to be leaving for a trip that we have had planned for a year and a half next week. I checked yesterday and we still have our plane tickets. This is ridiculous that I am asking this, but should I reach out to him? I took a week off work and kind of need to know what’s going on. The silent treatment hurts, obviously.
