Am I pregnant ?

So I’m four days late and have been having the normal signs I get for my period (mood swings, cramps etc) but I’ve been having a ton of white discharge. Its really thick and sticky and I couldn’t tell if it’s normal discharge that you get before your period or pregnancy discharge. I’ve been stressed out with school and family and have had my sleep thrown off also and was wondering if that would affect my period? Thanks!
