I need help pleasee

So feb 26 i lost my baby boy at 19 weeks everything seemed normal bleeding and all (Except not having my baby ofc) i was starting to feel very sick after turns out i had septic Endometritis(means either a part of the placenta or some left over blood caused and infection in the uterine lining) i was given antibiotics and went home after 3 days i bleed for about another week and it completely stoped then i started bleeding again its not been my 4th day bleeding my question is is this bleeding my period now or should i be worried im so afraid i might have fertility issues now! Please help and comment what u think!
