Did you/could you have washed and worn the outfit you gave birth in again or did the stains not wash out if you had any?

Wondering how likely it is that I will get any wear out of the cheap night dress I have bought for birth as it’s very comfortable so it’d be great for PP as well. Thanks

Well you usually give birth in the hospitals gown and then can change after birth into your own. 
I did bleed through in one of my nightgowns I bought but it came out when I washed it

Heck yes. And I delivered in our car. You can imagine the mess. Most things are salvageable. 😂

I gave birth in the hospital gown and nothing got it. No blood and no fluid so I'm probably not much help lol. But I would suggest maybe pulling it up to about your ribs to try and avoid getting anything on it

I'm giving birth in the hospital gown. I'm not gonna deal with the mess if i don't have to, that's what I'm paying so much for
