swollen labia

i was with my boyfriend and he was fingering me for a little bit and then he left my house and about an hour later i felt my underwear feeling a lot tighter and uncomfortable so i took it off as i was about to take a shower and i noticed my labia was huge, it looked like i had just freshly gotten lip injection but on my labia. i read online that it’s common when u have yeast infection but i have no other symptoms of anything wrong besides that i’m very swollen down there. i iced it for awhile before i went to sleep and woke up and it’s still just as swollen. should i go to the doctor?
