So I’m having a lot of trouble wedding planning. I am NOT very into the all about me attention scene. I would elope honestly if it wouldn’t hurt my family. Also my dad was diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma in his eyes and I dont want to not give him something to remember seeing in his last few possibly months of seeing. Also I want to try and stay on a small budget but my family insists on making it big. They even offered to pay for it all. I’m not being ungrateful I’m just trying not to lose what this wedding is supposed to be about which is the lifelong commitment between me and my fiancé. Any tips on wedding planning in general from people who had semi large weddings or honestly any size. How do you manage it all in a time frame and keep it organized enough to have it together but my mother can see what is going on too? Y’all pray, it’s a mess.
