Diarrhoea at 32 weeks.

Hey, so I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have suffered non stop with constipation this whole pregnancy. Went to the hospital yesterday with stomach pain, they said it could just be a bug. So anyway this morning I woke up to watery diarrhoea and really bad cramps lower stomach and back, think the diarrhoea has stopped now, but the cramps are still there, but also my stomach keeps on going rock hard all over and it’s quite uncomfortable! Not sure what to do? Baby is moving fine :) any advice is very welcome :)
