Back to swaddling?

Ja

My son is 15 weeks today and we recently transitioned him to his crib this past Friday. He’s done not too bad, but I noticed he’s moving a lot more in his sleep, which then leads to him losing his soother and waking up. I’m thinking since the crib is so much roomier than his bassinet, his startle reflex is worse. In his bassinet, he slept kind of against the mesh side and when his arms would pop up, they’d hit the sides, whereas now they just flail all over the place then his legs get going too... you get the picture. So last night after he woke up 4 times before 9:30, I decided to put his arms inside his halo swaddle (I had been keeping his arms out since he was about a month old). He ended up sleeping about 5 1/2 hours after that...not quite the 7-8 hours he had been doing in his bassinet but much better than the 3 previous nights!

Anyone else have to go back to swaddling after moving to the crib? Or any other suggestions that might help with this if the swaddling stops working? TIA!
