Only 4 weeks and already so exhausted???!!?

How am I going to survive the rest of the first trimester at work?? I couldn’t focus all day and felt like I was going to fall asleep at my desk! I was in a meeting with my manager and felt like i wasn’t even making sense I was so tired lol. I just had to leave early because I felt so overheated and exhausted! No nausea yet thankfully. What do I doooooooo

Are you taking a prenatal? Some people say they can help with exhaustion. Sleep whenever you can. I remember being so tired with first I felt like I was going to fall asleep driving.

Also 4 weeks and can hardly keep my eyes open, nausea, heart burn and hot flashes are also driving me insane 😩. So worth it for my rainbow baby though

YES! I thought it was because I just finished a stretch of overnights but I am sooooooo much more tired than normal
