I’ve got to tell them but I’m scared! Help!

I’ve got to stay anon but I appreciate any comments or advice. I recently found out I’m pregnant (yay!). Hubby and I have told our parents but not planning on telling anyone else until after the 12 week scan.

We recently found out that someone close to us has been having trouble conceiving, been trying for years as well as IVF and goodness knows what else. When the time comes I’m terrified to tell them as I really don’t want to hurt them 😭 How do I do it as kindly as possible?

We haven’t had an easy road to our BFP so I know how hard it is to watch everyone around you get pregnant.
