Sciatic Nerve Pain?

What can be done for sciatic nerve pain? I’m a nurse and on my feet about 9 hours a day. I’m 15 weeks and only having pain in my right lower back and buttocks. Has anyone found a good way to deal with this?

A good acupuncturist or reflexologist should help. I have two herniated disks and one bulging disk. My reflexologist fixed me up (back to sport and completely normal) in 3 months - I’d been seeing a physio for 6 months prior with no improvement. I wasn’t pregnant at the time but it should still help if you find someone good.

I feel it too. Also only on my right side. I never had this with my son. Right now it’s mild and not constant. I just change position and rest and it goes away. I hope it doesn’t get worse as I get bigger.

Get some good shoes with support that have soft soles, Tylenol in safe ammounts, warm baths when you get home and feet up any chance you can! Hang in there mamma! I have a herniated disc and it really hurts when pregnant so I know exactly how you feel ♥️♥️ sending love your way!
