PLEASE HELP IM CONFUSED (updated

Ok so me and my S/O believe I’m pregnant and we will test soon. It’s been almost 3 weeks since we were talking about it and I’m gonna test tomorrow. But I’m about to get in a shower and there’s spotting in my panties and idk what that could mean. Should I still test?
