Help???

Hi!

So my period is 14 days late, yesterday I wiped and there was blood so I put my cup in and when I took it out this morning there was nothing! The only thing around/ in the cup was this thick yellowish white mucus that kinda would crumble a little bit. I did take a pregnancy test about 13 days ago and it was negative.

Not sure what the mucus means and if I should take another test? I have all the normal period symptoms— sore boobs, cramps & mood swings. And a lot of different cravings! So any ideas?? What should I do!?
