Does anyone know what this looks like? It’s really itchy and this isn’t the only spot I’m itching. It’s also on the other arm, my palm, my legs and my upper arm

First, stop itching, you might be spreading it! Second, take a Benadryl, it’s prego-approved. 
If the rash dissipates post-pill, be mindful of everything you do, touch, and eat. It’s likely from contact, you just need to figure out with what.

That looks like the rash I get when I wash the dishes at work. The chemical really bothers my skin.

I also had that when I randomly developed a food allergy during this pregnancy. Keep a food log and see if it continues (maybe?)
