sciatic nerve....

The most anoying thing EVER! Today was just the worst. Was at work, it wasnt to bad, could walk fine with a limp. When i get home to relax and can barely walk or stand and not only did that same side hurt but both and almost could not make it to my bathroom! Anyone with this problem? Can you tell me what you did or how you went about it?
