Natural Birth Tips?

Question

I'm a first time mom and I'm 32 weeks, due June 11th. As long as everything goes as planned, I'm praying to have a natural birth that's unmedicated. Any veteran ladies have suggestions or tips for pain management during labor and contractions?
I have a rather high tolerance for pain, but I know labor is a whole other ball game so I'd love to get as much advice as possible! Please if you have anything helpful that you learned, let me know!!

I would check out mommy labor nurse she has an insta and she actually created a labor class for moms who are choosing not to get an epidural. I took it and found it really informative.

Take a prepared childbirth class with your partner, and pay attention to the breathing techniques and pain management techniques they teach.  The shower helped me, but the best thing of all was called the double hip squeeze for labor...look it up on YouTube.

Just be open to an epidural and don't feel like you failed if you change your mind and get one we can't prepare for that kind of pain and no for sure if you can handle it. With my first I said not epidural and went about 16hr with out one caved at 91/2 c witch normally they won't give you one but I wasn't progressing had it put in then had to have it taken back out baby's heart rate drop and I reacted bad so it only lasted two hours. I hear the bath tub helps with natural births if you hospital doesn't have one in your room maybe you can get in shower. Good luck
