Is this my waters leaking? Help please 38 weeks

I put new ones on and went to the toilet and i had half of that in my new ones. But now its been 5mins and nothing

Update: i leaked more at hospital

Update: they put a belt round my belly and it picked up my pains. But the midwife checked my cervix. Closed and im so shocked about that. And she swabbed me and tested me it wasnt my waters!!! I got home and im still leaking!

Can't believe it. She said its discharge probably which is crazy because the amount ive had tonight ive never seen or had in my life. I soaked two pairs of underwear! She said my pains could be the start of labour or could stop but im just disheartened
