It is similar to the flue shot for me - got it last Thursday and my arm only stopped hurting like yesterday. It sucks but definitely bearable.

I got mine at 29 weeks, and my arm was sore that night and a little the next day then I was good 😊

My arm was only sore the day of. I woke up the next day and it didn’t even twinge. It’s definitely recommended to work the muscle during the day to prevent stiffness, which can make it stay sore longer.
