Starting to worry

I just went pee and when I wiped I had the slightest pink spotting. It was very little and when I wiped again I didn’t have anymore. It also feels like I keep leaking but when I go check I have nothing. I’m 31 weeks and not sure if I should call my OB. Baby has been moving fine, just really low. My OB has always said any bleeding or spotting to go to the hospital but it was seriously so little. I’m not sure if it is a concern.
