Hcg levels

Looking for some insight on my levels. Background story, I had a blighted ovum in January. It was my first pregnancy. u/s was done at 8 weeks but the sac only measured to be 5 wks and no baby/fetal pole. I’m now pregnant again (due dec 20) and had my blood drawn. My first draw was a 122 at 14 dpo and my second was 383 at 17 dpo. I know it’s a good sign it doubled but in general, should I relax and be excited about this or still be cautious? I wish people talked more about the anxiety you feel during pregnancy. It’s a roller coaster. I’m just terrified we’re gonna have the same experience we did in January.
