Make a move on my lab instructor?

Before anyone asks/ makes suggestions, just know if I make a move it would be AFTER the semester ends! Crushing pretty hard on my lab instructor (I’m a 3rd year and he’s a grad student) and want to make a move. He gives subtle hints he’s into me for example out of nowhere he asked about my job even though I never directly told him where I work. Later I asked him why he asked and he replied that he’s heard me talking about it w people at my table (had that convo a month before this happened).. always catch him looking at me, assigned my group project an organism he’s doing for his graduate research (probably not related but not sure) and when I see him on campus he always has this big smile right away and seems genuinely happy to say hi.. soo should I go for it after the semester is over?
