Normal hcg level?

I am 4w+4days and my hcg level was only 500.. and they did an ultrasound they showed the gestational sac but nothing in it yet is the sac not going to develop anymore? They said it’s a possibility..

Is that my gestational sac?

That is actually a high HCG count! It may mean you’re a little further along or that baby is super eager to grow. Either way, congratulations mommy!
