Fiancée doesn't want sex 😒

So my fiancé & I were talking last night & I mentioned the fact we haven't had sex in almost 2 weeks. His reply was "it's just different now." We've had a good sex life until now that I'm bigger. I'm only 25 weeks & I completely understand the fact of it being weird to have sex with a pregnant woman. But we still have 15 weeks give or take! 😒 it just kind of hits on the self conscious nerve.
