Need announcement ideas

So this is just for future reference, but I was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas for telling your significant other you’re pregnant while you’re not in the same place. For instance, my husband and I live in England due to the military but my husband is going to the states for work and I’m going to the states to see family at the same time but we won’t be staying together. If I end up pregnant this cycle (fingers crossed) I will find out after we both leave! Any cute ideas for telling them over the phone? Like a cute text or a cute picture ideas? (If I’m pregnant this cycle I won’t be able to see him until I’m already 10 weeks along and I can’t keep it from him that long) Thanks ladies!
