My body is still not back to normal after coming off the depo injection, but we’re desperate to conceive. I’ve had irregular periods for 4 months now and wondering if it’s best to try and work out ovulation, or if you think tracking is too much stress and just carry on blissfully unaware if/when I’m ovulating.
