Ultrasound at first appt?

I’m 6 weeks and 4 days and have my first appointment on May 8th (titled “confirmation of pregnancy”) and then two weeks later I have my second and it’s titled “initial prenatal visit”. Does anyone know, since I’ll be almost 10 weeks, will we get to hear the heartbeat & see an ultrasound pic on the first visit? Or will that just be bloodwork, questioning, etc? We plan on telling family on Mother’s Day weekend so it would be so nice to have a little pic. Plus I can’t wait to hear the heartbeat because this is our first 😭
